Jackky Bhagnani preferred to give screen test for his role in ‘Mitron’

The trailer of Mitron received appreciation from the audience and critics, owing to the quirky and hilarious content backed by the remarkable performances of the ensemble cast. But what especially caught the attention of the audience is the actor Jackky’s apt casting in the movie, portraying the role of Jai. 

The actor believes in method acting and took his role seriously before signing the film. A source close to the actors reveals, “Jackky gave several screen tests before finally signing the film. He personally feels that giving a screen-test helps him understand the role better and get the exact nuances of the character. He wanted to ensure that he gets into the skin of the character of Jai, who is a desperate loser. ” 

Through the trailer, the actor is seen giving an effortless monologue for which he event spent 20 days rehearsing for the scene.  A source further reveals, “Jackky rehearsed for 20 days to learn the lines and master the Gujarati accent and then during the shoot, Jackky Bhagnani shot the sequence in a single take.” 

The hilarious trailer tickled the funny bones of the audience piquing the interests of the audience. Starring Jackky Bhagnani, Kritika Kamra, Pratik Gandhi, Shivam Parekh and Neeraj Sood, Mitron promises to be a hilarious roller coaster ride. 

Mitron, Nitin Kakkar’s next directorial after the critically acclaimed Filmistan, is slated to release on September 14. Mitron is produced by Abundantia Entertainment.
